1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MagicAPP (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MagicAPP is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides task scheduling, calendar management, silent reminders, and collaborative event tracking services. The Service is provided by Magic App LLC ("Company").

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Promptly updating your account information as needed

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MagicAPP for legitimate productivity and scheduling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Magic App LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service dependencies

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Magic App LLC from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antioquia, Colombia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Magic App LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
